Apart from my 50 km getaway to my grandparents when I was a kid, this was my first bikepacking trip.

Lots of unforgettable places, fresh air from the Mediterranean, under the sun, this is the perfect route to start riding. If you plan a backpacking trip in Turkey, it can't get better than this.

Bikepacking Route

Fethiye
→ Antalya

A mountainous route from the Lycian coast to the Mediterranean.

Fethiye is a great starting point for a bikepacking trip to Antalya. Along the way, you can take off from Babadağ with a paraglider, visit Patara, the longest beach in Turkey and the ancient capital of Lycia, and see many amazing views, ruins, and beaches.

A coast to coast route that happens to follow the line of Hadrian's Wall.

You get to see the amazing views from both Atlantic and North Sea coasts. The route is perfect for a bikepacking trip as it haves lots of places to stop and enjoy the lush countryside of England.
